Grandma's Food/Health Tips
Grandma has really taught me the importance of eating a big, healthy breakfast. It is crucial to good overall health. She suggested a hearty omelet with vegetables such as tomatoes, onions, garlic, leeks, peppers and mushrooms. She teaches that garlic, onions and lemons are natures cures. She says to not drink juice or eat citrus fruits on an empty stomach because of the acid.
